Create with ease, joy, and flow.
Inner work for artists, so your craft can feel free again.
When effort alone stops working
Many artists learn to push through tension, doubt, and fear in order to create and perform, until the pushing itself becomes the problem: chronic stress, burnout, the painful sense of being at war with oneself. This work offers another way to relate to what happens inside you, so that ease, clarity, flow, and trust become more available, without forcing them. It is for those who care deeply about their craft and have felt the cost it can take.
Parts & Self
Our inner ecology
Inside each of us there are many parts: impulses, fears, demands, and longings that take the lead at different moments. There is also a more spacious place from which we can meet all of them with steadiness and curiosity, which Internal Family Systems (IFS) calls the Self. The Self is not something to build or develop; it is already there, and emerges on its own as our parts begin to relax.

Inner work, one to one
Most of this work happens in the calm of a session — the two of us, turning toward whatever is alive in you, at the pace it asks for.

Gaspar Polo Baader
For years, as a professional musician, I was quietly at war with myself: physical tension, stage fright, the same tightness returning whenever the stakes were high. What changed it was not more technique. A difficult period after my studies turned my attention inward, toward practices that work through the body: somatic work, mindfulness, and eventually Internal Family Systems.
As I learned to meet my own inner reactions with curiosity rather than force, my playing reorganised itself: the breath deepened, the sound opened, playing under pressure slowly became possible again. I wanted to offer others what I was finding for myself, and trained as an IFS coach. I have been accompanying people, and especially artists, in their own inner work since.
Somewhere along the way this became a way of seeing: that deep listening, inner healing, and care for the more-than-human world belong to the same arc. I came to this work as a musician who needed it first, and I offer it now to others who create and perform under the same demands.
